Principais Responsabilidades
Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Fornecedores
- Desenvolver novos fornecedores e conduzir análises técnicas, de risco e de custo.
- Planejar e executar APQP, PPAP (Nível 5) e estudos de capacidade.
- Realizar auditorias de processo e sistema (VDA 6.3, CQI’s, Solda Toyota) e validar ações corretivas.
- Gerenciar e controlar ferramentais; aprovar dispositivos; liderar Kick-Off de fornecedores.
Gestão de Lançamentos e Projetos
- Atuar com Engenharia na seleção de fontes e definição de premissas técnicas.
- Utilizar ferramentas corporativas como Launch Calendar, Launch Excellence e SQA Workbook.
Performance e Indicadores
- Consolidar, publicar e apresentar o IQF para fornecedores e times internos.
- Conduzir o Fórum Mensal de Fornecedores e coordenar QIPs, garantindo ações sistêmicas eficazes.
- Criar e padronizar processos para melhora contínua, eficiência e atendimento de metas operacionais.
Requisitos e Qualificações
Experiência Técnica
- Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, CEP, FMEA e MASP.
- IMDS e MDS System.
- Processos produtivos, como: Metalmecânico, Processos especiais automotivos, Têxtil, Químico, Plásticos.
Conhecimentos:
- Domínio dos principais CSR Automotivos: Toyota, VW Group e GM.
- Desejável: CSR Honda e Hyundai.
- Certificado IATF 16949.
- Experiência com metodologias de melhoria contínua, preferencialmente TPS, Six Sigma ou DMAIC.
Formação:
- Engenharia de Produção, Processos, Mecânica, Elétrica, Civil, Industrial ou áreas relacionadas.

- Forte habilidade analítica e visão sistêmica.
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de influenciar fornecedores.
- Proatividade para resolver problemas e conduzir melhorias de forma estruturada.
- Organização, atenção a detalhes e autonomia para gestão de múltiplos projetos.
