Job Duties:
- Strategically assist with all facets of Human Resources, supports the mission, vision and values of the company
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Talent Acquisition
- Heavy filing
- Employee Relations
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compliance/I9’s
- FMLA
- HR data and systems
- Health and Safety duties as assigned
- Strong knowledge of problem-solving and mediation skills to assist with employee relations issues
- Ability to balance empathy with policy enforcement
- Confidentiality a must
- Organization skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with Unions.
- Experience and knowledge of Health and Safety
