SUMMARY:

Employee will be involved in the day-to-day operation of the automotive fabrication process.  The final goal of this individual working for our company is to ensure that all our employees are fully motivated to achieve our safety/quality and performance goals on a day to day basis without excuse.  Cross training on other equipment will be required in this position.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Follow all general safety regulations and use provided safety equipment as required. See JSA for this position for details safety instructions.
  • Understand ISO 9001 requirements / Olympic Quality Policy. Always follow work instructions and procedures as established through Olympic Quality Policy.
  • All employees have to be properly train on JSA as well as Work Instructions in order to perform their job.
  • Safety is our top priority…All employees have to be train on each needed and available safety training. At no time quality or production will be put on the top of safety.
  • Appropriate attention to employees when an accident occurs is a MUST to happen as well as notify his/her superior immediately. CAR is to be initiated immediately.
  • Applies and exemplifies each company’s policy and rules
  • Treats all employees equally and respectfully.
  • Ensures that quality and production goals are achieved at all the times.
  • His/Her most important asset are our employees, hear them and understand them in order to achieve better and improved results.
  • Is always looking on opportunities for improvement on the whole operation.
  • Overall this position, regardless of his/her shift is responsible for the operation and results of this department

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineering / Business Administration or similar; or up to three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Microsoft skills are needed to analyze data as required.
